Return Policy

At Wellmonti, we want you to be happy with every order. Every product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In good, clean condition, with no damage beyond normal trying out
  • Returned with all parts, accessories and included items
  • Returned in its original packaging where possible

Please include your order number with every return. There is no restocking fee.

2. How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@wellmonti.com within 30 days of delivery with your full name, order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason.
  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address for your country (US or UK).
  3. Pack the item securely and send it within 14 days of receiving our instructions. We recommend using a tracked service.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, as we can’t process returns that arrive without a return request.

3. Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind: the customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping is free, so there’s nothing to deduct.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we cover all return costs (see section 5).

4. Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and email you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, stops working, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, and cover any return shipping. In some cases, we may not need the item sent back.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like a different color or size, email us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange the exchange once we receive your original item, subject to availability. Exchange orders ship free.

7. Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Because we process orders within 1 business day, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you can return it under this policy once it arrives.

8. Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Customers in the United Kingdom also have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; our 30-day guarantee covers this period and more. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
